How it works
Six steps
- 01
Brief
You send a product list, target prices, quantities and destination. We confirm what's realistic within 48 hours.
- 02
Sourcing & quotation
Three vetted factories per item in 5–7 working days: FOB price by quantity break, MOQ, lead time, certifications and a landed-cost estimate.
- 03
Sampling
Samples from the shortlisted factories consolidated into one courier parcel. Changes to colour, packaging or logo managed until you approve.
- 04
Order & production follow-up
We place the orders, pay the factories and send a weekly production update with photos.
- 05
Inspection
During-production and pre-shipment inspections to AQL 2.5 (or your standard), report with photos within 24 hours. Nothing ships until you approve the report.
- 06
Consolidation & shipping
Goods collected at our Ningbo warehouse, labelled, loaded and documented. FOB, CIF or DDP to your door, with tracking until delivery.
Fees
Three ways to work with us
Factory price and our fee are always separate lines on the invoice. All plans include sourcing, sampling coordination and order follow-up.
Commission
For importers placing orders a few times a year.

Inspection, courier and warehouse fees outside the plan are passed through at cost with receipts. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

Inspection standards
- Default sampling plan ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1), AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor; stricter levels on request
- Reports include measurements, function tests, packaging and carton marking checks, with photos
- Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) arranged at cost when your buyer requires it
