Why a trading company
What you get that a marketplace listing can't give you
Transparent pricing
Factory invoice and our fee on separate lines. No hidden margin, no "factory-direct" that isn't.
One English-speaking contact
Your account manager handles every factory, inspector and forwarder. You send one email.
Someone on the ground
We visit factories before you pay a deposit and again before the container closes.
Mixed containers
Six factories, one container, one set of documents. Small brands get FCL economics.

About us
A 22-person team in Ningbo, 90 minutes from Yiwu
We started in 2011 buying kitchenware for one Dutch importer. Today 22 people — sourcing managers, QC inspectors, documentation and logistics staff — buy for 35 clients across six categories.
Our own 2,000 m² consolidation warehouse sits 30 minutes from Ningbo-Zhoushan port, so mixed shipments are packed, labelled and loaded under our eyes.

Clients
What importers say
“We moved 60% of our Alibaba buying to them and our defect rate dropped from 4% to under 1%. The fee pays for itself on returns alone.”
Sophie Marchand — Buyer, Northwind Home (France)
“Mixed containers changed our business. We launch twelve SKUs from four factories in one shipment instead of paying LCL four times.”
James Whitfield — Founder, Lumen Living (UK)
“Clear English, same contact for three years, and the factory price is always on the invoice. That's all I wanted.”
Anna Keller — Purchasing, Contoso Retail (Germany)
FAQ
Questions importers ask first
- How do you charge?
- Three ways: a commission of 3–8% on the factory invoice depending on volume, a flat monthly retainer for ongoing programmes, or a fixed project fee for one-off developments. Factory price and our fee always appear as separate lines.
- What is the minimum order?
- We work from USD 5,000 per order or a mixed container. Below that, a marketplace is usually a better fit — tell us and we'll say so.
- Can I visit the factories myself?
- Yes. We arrange the visits, drive you there and translate. Many clients visit once a year during the Canton Fair or Yiwu Fair.
- Who owns the supplier relationship?
- You do. Factory names and contacts are disclosed in every quotation. Clients stay because the service is worth the fee, not because the supplier is hidden.
- What are the payment terms?
- 30% deposit with the purchase order, 70% against inspection report before shipment, by T/T to our company account. We pay the factories. L/C and Payoneer are available for larger programmes.
- How long from RFQ to goods on the water?
- Quotes in 5–7 working days, samples in 2–3 weeks, production 30–45 days, consolidation and loading 7 days. A typical first order ships 60–75 days after RFQ; reorders are faster.
